A comfortable source of energy!

A gas tank contains propane in liquid form. As soon as the valve is opened, the propane vaporises (i.e. boils) naturally. It is this vapour that you use to fuel your appliances. Even at -40°C propane still vaporises. That is why propane can even be used at extreme freezing temperatures.

Since the gas is liquid, a tank contains a lot of potential energy. Each litre of propane contains 26.2 megajoules of energy.

An environmentally friendly source of energy!

With propane there is absolutely no risk of soil, water or air pollution.

Furthermore, propane does not contain any water, which makes rust formation in a tank virtually impossible.

Given the purity of the product and the efficiency of modern appliances, the amount of soot and carbon monoxide formed is minimal.

A safe source of energy!

A piping system for propane can be checked for leaks easily and efficiently. Should a leak occur, you will quickly be able to smell it. An unpleasant odour is deliberately added to propane

The storage tank is designed to store a product under pressure. Each propane tank is also fitted with a safety valve.

A versatile source of energy!

Propane is a form of energy with a wide range of possible applications. Take a look at our applications pages.
